As part of our little heroes Taekwondo program we teach age appropriate Taekwondo drills and exercises where the children learn valuable martial arts and life lessons in a high energy, fun filled class. Our class is taught in a safe environment by a highly qualified instructor with years of experience teaching children and martial arts.
We have classes for all ages and skill levels. Classes are sectioned by age group and rank level. Our class curriculum consists of Traditional and Olympic Taekwondo training. Students will learn all the elements of Taekwondo, including blocks, kicks, punches, forms, takedowns, situational defense, controlled sparring, jump kicks and various other techniques.
This program is supplemental to the Taekwondo program. This program is for those students committed to the rigorous training necessary for Competitive Sport Taekwondo. It offers students an opportunity to compete at local, state, national, and international levels in Olympic Taekwondo. Students will learn about the virtues of hard work, team work, dedication, and perserverence, while developing their Olympic Taekwondo skills.
We offer group Kickboxing & Fitness classes or personal training classes that can be tailored towards a focus on personal fitness, cross training, self defense or a traditional Taekwondo program in a private setting.
Our Self Defense Program helps you recognize and handle situations in which self-defense may be required. During your lesson, you will learn age appropriate techniques you may need to defend yourself intelligently in threatening situations. Self defense is taught in conjunction with regular Taekwondo classes. Whether you are five or fifty, what you learn could prevent you from becoming a victim.
